Q: What is Freddy's Bike Service?
A: Freddy's Bike Service is a fully equipped mobile bicycle repair shop that comes to your home or work place. No need to load the bikes up in the car, We Come To You!! Simply give us a call or shoot us an email to schedule an appointment.
Q: Where are you located?
A: Since Freddy's is mobile, we are located at your home or work place, whichever is more convenient for you. We are based in Spanish Fork, UT and serve the Utah County area.
Q: Do you charge an additional fee to come to our home?
A: Nope. There is no extra fee for Freddy's to come to your home or work. There is only a minimum service charge of $20 for Freddy's service truck to come to you.
For example, a flat tire repair is $10 including tube, if you were to only get the one flat tire fixed the cost would still be $20. If you were to get a Tune-Up, which is $39.99, then the minimum service charge is covered.
Q: Do you accept credit cards as payment?
A: Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.
Q: Do you sell replacement and/or upgrade parts?
A: Freddy's Bike Service has accounts with multiple distributors enabling us to get virtually any bicycle part made. If we don't have it on the truck, we can usually get your special orders in within 2 -3 days.
