In general, a tune-up should be performed at least once a year at a minimum or every 500 - 1000 miles depending on the conditions you ride your bike in. If your riding a lot of miles, then your bike would benefit from a tune-up more often than once a year to help keep your bike safe and reliable.
A properly tuned and assembled bicycle is not only safer and more reliable, it is also much more enjoyable and fun to ride.
Tune-Up w/ Drivetrain Overhaul (Freddy's Tune-Up)
Keeping your drivetrain clean helps prevent dirt and grime build-up from prematurely damaging your chain and gears.
A full drivetrain overhaul is recommended every 1 -2 years or 1000 - 2000 miles depending on riding conditions.
Complete Overhaul
A complete overhaul is basically a full reconditioning of your bicycle. If your bike is starting to look old, dirty and grimy, an overhaul can breath new life into it.
Overhauls are recommended every 1 - 3 years or 1500 - 3000 miles depending on riding conditions to help keep your bike performing at its best.

- Removal of the drivetrain (chain, front and rear derailleur, crankset and rear cassette) for a thorough cleaning

Complete Overhaul $149.99

*Complete Overhauls are not completed on site. Bicycles are picked up and delivered back to your location within two business days in most cases.
Includes:
- Bicycle is completely disassembled down to the bare frame. All parts are cleaned by hand and reinstalled on bicycle
- Bearings are cleaned and repacked with fresh grease where applicable (some cartridge bearings are not serviceable)
- New inner cables and housing are installed
- Frame is cleaned and polished
- Complete Tune-Up
